My name is Paula Liles.  I have taught at North Lamar for 20 years, 4 years in the Behavoral Unit, 16 years at the High School in the Life Skills Education classes, and this is my second year at Higgins.  I actually retired from the high school in 2015, but after missing the school atmosphere, I started subbing at North Lamar and ended up comming to work at Higgins, teaching the ECC class, Kindergarten/First grade and am loving every minute of it!.

I had previously spent 19 years teaching at Delmar/Chisum for 19 years, at both elementary and high school levels.

I am married to Johnny Liles and we have 5 children, 8 grandcholdren, and ,so far, 4 great grandsons. We spend as much time as possible visiting with family.  

My favorite hobby is travel.  I love to cruise, but also love a cross country trip, camping out at state parks, and taking in all of God’s beauty.
